Transaction Type: The name of the transaction
Date: The date the transaction occured
Channel: The channel the transaction occured through.
Number of Transactions: the number of transactions for that channel, date and type.


Notes:
the DTMR channel occures when a transaction was attempted by a self service channel but due to technical or other issues needed to be manually rehandled to process.
