- 2 = January 2014
- 3 = August 2014
- 4 = December 2015
- 5 = August 2016
- 6 = October 2017

Applicant Details = Name of the organisation that was awarded the grant.

Funding approved by Selection Committee (incl GST) = Value of the grant money, including GST, awarded to the applicant as approved by the Selection Committee.
