Corporate plan

The Department of Transport and Main Roads Corporate Plan 2011–15 outlines our vision, purpose and strategic direction. Our performance indicators and measures will assist us to determine if we have successfully acheived our objectives. Our ‘Leading by example’ summary illustrates some of TMR’s key initiatives that demonstrate our leadership in achieving Toward Q2: Tomorrow’s Queensland.
