Transport and Main Roads' Graduate Development Program allows you to build on your tertiary education and gain real life experience in your chosen career path.

There are programs available throughout Queensland regions in a variety of projects, including some of the largest infrastructure projects in Queensland’s history.

Who is it available to?

Aimed at graduates in technical and professional occupations, you will be introduced to and rotated through different work areas of our business while enjoying flexible work options and receiving a competitive remuneration.

When is it available?

The Graduate Development Program commences in February of each year and runs for 12 months. Applications for the 2012 graduate intake are now closed.
