Scheme business rules

The National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme business rules are made under the provisions of the National Transport Law. The business rules set out the current policies and procedures for the conduct of the National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme, and are used by all states who offer the scheme to operators in their jurisdiction.
