Approvals
The approval process requires the project management documentation to provide both a record of the decisions made and a means of documenting the information on which these decisions were based. The documentation also helps project teams to focus on activities required at the various phases of the project.
The project documentation review, endorsement or approval process flow diagrams show what is required from each project role in relation to each of the templates. This is not a definitive task list as documentation will depend on the project and organisational requirements. Select a diagram name to view or download the file:

- Document version 1.N denotes a draft document
- Document version 2.N denotes a final review document
- Document version 3.N denotes a sign off document
