Project governance within Transport and Main Roads seeks to ensure that the outputs from each project will deliver outcomes that are consistent with organisational policy and strategic objectives.
It is important to establish the project management structure that focuses on achieving results through managing opportunities, risks, stakeholders and making the best use of resources. The diagram below shows the organisational model adopted as part of the project management framework.
