Guidance
The component project scope statement should be reviewed with
the line management of the component area and the overall project
manager. The statement is used to clarify the likely
scope of the component project and is a basis for early
discussion with the overall project team and stakeholders.
Responsibility
The component project manager is responsible for circulating the
component scope statement for review and agreement.
