W7.1 Prepare for testing
Guidance
The project performance measurement section of the business case
or project plan should outline the product acceptance criteria. Any
contracts should include acceptance criteria for each deliverable.
Standards required to meet workplace health and safety
standards also need to be considered.
The delivery organisations involved must be advised and the
project management needs to ensure they are ready for this to
occur.
Responsibility
The project manager, component managers and team leaders are
responsible for this task.
