Technical standards and publications

The Technical publications section within the Engineering and Technology Group (E&T) provides comprehensive information relating to road infrastructure, including reference documents for roads, bridges, traffic devices, signage, pedestrian and bicycle facilities.

E&T is a specialist engineering group within the department which assists in delivering the best solutions, with an emphasis on technology development and application, project management, technology transfer, and specialist advice for a wide range of needs in transport applications.
