Transform team

The Transform team boasts specialists in the areas of capability, employment programs, workforce development, human resources, skilling and training, education, marketing, media and communication.

Transform develops and facilitates best practice attraction, retention and workforce development solutions, which are aimed at improving job pathways and expanding skills to successfully build workforce capability.

In 2011-12, we assisted more than 1200 businesses, groups and individuals in the transport, logistics and supply chain industry through our programs.

Our priorities

Transform's priorities are to drive workforce development, skills reform and training investment in Queensland. We achieve these by supporting industry to build an available and highly skilled workforce, connecting government, industry and the community and by raising the industry's profile through research, advocacy and media opportunities.
