Transform, in partnership with the Transport and Logistics Workforce Advisory Group Queensland, regularly conducts events throughout the state.

2012 People Plus workshops

Interactive workshops designed to support businesses in using the People Plus toolkit are held in regional locations throughout Queensland.

Workshop topics include:

• employer branding: concepts of why attracting, recruiting and retaining employees is so important
• recruiting: running the process, induction and how this impacts employee retention
• retaining employees: motivation, performance management, valuing diversity, learning and development opportunities
• managing a changing workforce: succession planning, managing exiting employees
• employing an apprentice or trainee
