Air User Groups

Air User Groups, also known as consultative forums, are set up in all communities that receive a regulated air service as a way for the community to give feedback on the services.

The group for each route is made up of (or includes) stakeholders identified by the airline including major users involved with the health, education and mining sectors, the local council and the Department of Transport and Main Roads.

QantasLink Air User Groups

QantasLink has Air User Groups in Charleville, Longreach, Roma, Barcaldine, Blackall, Cloncurry, Weipa and Horn Island.

Skytrans Air User Groups

Skytrans has Air User Groups in Toowoomba, St George, Cunnamulla, Thargomindah, Charleville, Quilpie, Windorah, Birdsville/Bedourie, Boulia, Burketown, Normanton, Mornington Island and Doomadgee.

Regional Express (REX) Air User Groups

Regional Express is re-establishing Air User Groups in Winton, Hughenden, Richmond, Julia Creek and Longreach (jointly chaired with QantasLink).
