Aircare aims to improve air quality in south east Queensland by reducing pollution from motor vehicles. The campaign encourages motorists to take simple steps to decrease their vehicle's emission levels. You can make a difference to our air quality with just a little effort.

Air pollution is an environmental concern for the whole community. It affects our health and our quality of life.

In partnership with other government agencies, we undertakes activities to ensure minimal detrimental impacts to air quality. We also contribute to the attainment of national and state greenhouse response strategies.

The Department of Environment and Heritage Protection provides live air quality data for Queensland.
