When addressing the media about our RAP commitments in December 2010 the Minister for Main Roads, Mr Craig Wallace said “If you’ve got a job, you’re ahead the game. It’s as simple as that. Our plan is all about creating employment opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people,”
