Learner driver kit

After successfully completing your written road rules test and obtaining a learner licence, you will receive a learner driver kit. This kit contains valuable information for both learner drivers and supervising drivers.

The learner driver kit contains:

• Learner logbook to record your supervised on-road driving.
• Road Trip for learner drivers brochure (PDF, 644 KB). This brochure contains hints and tips to help you get started and progress through your learning. 
• Road Trip for supervisors brochure (PDF, 748 KB). This brochure is designed to assist supervising drivers teach learner drivers how to drive safely.

It is important that you and your supervising driver understand the contents of the learner driver kit before your first driving lesson.
