Hire schemes
You may wish to hire a baby capsule or infant restraint for your baby's first 6 months. These can be hired from the organisations listed below.
The Queensland Ambulance Service
The Queensland Ambulance Service offers 6 month and short-term baby capsule hire services. A fee is payable for the cost of hire and installation.

Kidsafe Queensland
Kidsafe Queensland* offer:
- baby capsule and child restraint advice
- short term hire of a baby capsule or child restraint
- child restraint fitting and installation
- checking installed child restraints.
Fees are payable for hiring and installing child restraints. Bookings are essential for all services.
