Year 2 and 3 - Watching me, watching you
A significant number of school children travel on buses each day to attend school and most children travel on buses for school related activities, such as sporting trips, camps and excursions. All students have the right to a safe and enjoyable journey between home and school and at all other times while travelling on a bus, as do other passengers and the driver.
This unit has a strong focus on bus safety. Students will demonstrate their understanding of key bus safety messages by developing story book pages showing what to do on and near buses.
