Taxi Hotline

The taxi industry is an integral part of the public transport network. To provide the public with a means of giving direct feedback to government on the taxi industry, the Department of Transport and Main Roads has established the Taxi Hotline.

All complaints regarding taxi service and taxi driver behaviour are the responsibility of the relevant taxi company to investigate and resolve. A list of all taxi operators in Queensland  is available.
