Proposed Major Works to Competitive Tender Report
This report comprises contracts valued at $1 million and above intended to be procured over the forward 12-month period. The report is updated on a tri-annual basis and includes road and transport infrastructure contracts proposed to be led by the Department of Transport and Main Roads.
Bruce Highway Targeted Safety Program–Upcoming tenders
Panels have been established to support the $9 billion Bruce Highway Targeted Safety Program (BHTSP) aimed at delivering critical safety improvements to high-risk sections between Gympie and Cairns.
Pre-qualified contractors and designers will be invited to tender on 52 tenders (40 construction and 12 design) to be released over the forward 12-month period (to 30 June 2027). These tenders are in addition to 22 currently being released through to mid-2026.
Additional tenders will be released progressively over the life of the program.
