Guidelines for assessment of road impacts of development

These guidelines provide developers with advice on how to assess the traffic and pavement impacts of a proposed development on state-controlled roads.

The content is particularly relevant where a development application has been referred to the state as part of the IDAS process or where a coordinated project has been referred to the department under the State Development and Public Works Organisation Act 1971.
