Warning icon Scam traffic infringement emails

Fake traffic fines are being emailed by scammers. Don't open a traffic fine email unless you've recently spoken with a police officer.

If you have not had face-to-face contact with a Queensland Police Officer recently regarding a traffic offence and received an email that you suspect is not authentic, delete the email and do not open any attachments.

We will need to identify you before we can access your record and assist you. Please have details such as your driver licence number or registration number handy to ensure this process is completed as quickly as possible.
