Working with us

  • Good Jobs

We're not just investing in traditional methods but also in new technologies like drones, electric vehicles, and increased automation. This investment in innovation will not only benefit the industry but will also connect with the local community.

Our people make a difference to the people of Queensland every day. We connect communities and people to employment, education and business to ensure Queensland's growth.

  • Better services

We use information and feedback to ensure that we understand our customers and are able to create services that are tailored to their unique needs.

We also believe in creating a workplace and transportation network that is accessible to everyone. We do this by working with community partners and individuals with disabilities to create a shared understanding of what accessibility means and how we can achieve it. Our goal is to create a system that is welcoming to all and is designed with diversity in mind. We use data and feedback to understand our customers and design services to meet their diverse needs.

  • Great lifestyle

We're working with communities across Queensland to improve economic wellbeing, safety, accessibility, and protect our quality of life.

As part of the Queensland government, we are investing in employees who have a connection to community and country. They can help us protect our lifestyle and grow in a sustainable way. We listen to and learn from our communities, and then use that knowledge to embed our experience into local projects for better outcomes. By doing this, we can make a real difference in people's lives, and create a better future for everyone. Join us in making a positive impact in your community.
