To improve vehicle purchase data currently captured by the SchoolBUS Fleet Management Team, detailed costings for itemised components that make up the build of a bus, is required to be provided by manufacturers and/or vendors on behalf of delivery partners who may receive funding. The Vendor Vehicle Purchase Certification is to be completed and must accompany any quotations provided to the department for the purposes of applying for SchoolBUS funding. Failure to do so may delay the progress of applications and payment of subsidies.
