Key aspects of the MIC-SI:

• replaces the current Minor Works Performance Contract (MWPC)
• for sole invitation only to RoadTek and Local Government
• same 'Conditions of Offer' as the Transport Infrastructure Contract - Sole Invitation, and
• same 'General Conditions of Contract' as the Minor Infrastructure Contract - Construct Only but with certain classes amended by the Minor Infrastructure Contract -Sole Invitation Annexure D.
