Air User Groups

Air User Groups, also known as consultative forums, are set up in all communities that receive a regulated air service as a way for the community to give feedback on the services.

The group for each route is made up of (or includes) stakeholders identified by the airline including major users involved with the health, education and mining sectors, the local council and the Department of Transport and Main Roads.
