Where TMR projects pose a potential or actual risk of harming Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander heritage, we consult with the relevant party and seek to enter into a Cultural Heritage Management Agreement or Plan. These are legally binding documents on how cultural heritage will be managed. Management under these agreements or plans varies depending on the type of heritage involved and the level of impact.
