Nicklin Way safety and capacity improvements Koorin Drive to Mooloolah River

We are delivering improvements to Nicklin Way to increase capacity and improve safety for all road users.

We are building a shared bus priority and bike lane on Nicklin Way between the Mooloolah River bridge crossing and just south of the Jessica Boulevard intersection. We are also constructing an on-road northbound bike lane on Nicklin Way between Lutana Street and the Mooloolah River bridge crossing. This will improve bus travel time, reliability and bike rider safety. As part of this project we are also resurfacing both directions of Nicklin Way from Koorin Drive to the Mooloolah River bridge crossing to create a smoother ride for all road users.
