How to become an accredited driver and rider trainer

If you want to deliver Q-Ride training for motorbikes, you must become an accredited rider trainer (PDF, 56 KB). Before being accredited as a rider trainer, you must already be accredited as a driver trainer and hold authorisation to provide training for a class R motorbike. To deliver Q-Ride training, you must be employed by a Q-Ride registered service provider or be a Q-Ride registered service provider.
Accredited driver trainers and rider trainers must meet the requirements for accreditation contained in part 3 of the Transport Operations (Road Use Management — Accreditation and Other Provisions) Regulation 2005.
