The Transport Infrastructure Project Delivery System (TIPDS) is for those who have the responsibility for obtaining value for money in the delivery of a project. The aim of TIPDS is to provide guidance for the procurement of works including:
- developing the best delivery strategy
- how tenders should be called, compiled and assessed
- who should be eligible to tender.
All changes to the TIPDS are listed in the amendment list.
The system consists of 3 Volumes:
Volume 1: Selection of Delivery Options
Volume 2: Tendering for Infrastructure Works
Volume 3: Prequalification System - Now TIPDS Part 2: Construction Prequalification
