Natural disaster assistance
To help Queenslanders affected by the recent severe weather in Southern Queensland, Northern Queensland and South East Queensland, transport and motoring natural disaster assistance may be available.
Check your eligibility and apply for other natural disaster assistance.
Visit Queensland Reconstruction Authority for more information about current activations.
The Department of Transport and Main Roads Queensland values your feedback. We aim to respond as quickly as possible. In most cases, this will be within 15 working days. If your issue is complex or involves a human rights complaint, a more detailed investigation may be needed. This may take up to 45 working days and we will keep you informed of the progress, if needed.
If your request is urgent, call 13 23 80 | Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 4.30pm, excluding public holidays.
If your enquiry is related to public transport, please contact Translink.
Reporting a road incident or fault
Call 13 19 40 to report a road incident, hazard, pothole or signal fault. You can also use this number to ask for help if you've been involved in a minor traffic incident or breakdown on a major Queensland road.
Before contacting us about a road
Please use our Road Lookup service to confirm who owns the road, to ensure your enquiry is directed to the correct government agency.
Fine and infringement enquiries
For all fine enquiries please contact the Queensland Revenue Office directly. Do not use the form below for fine-related enquiries—this will delay the processing of your request.
