Nuclear gauge testing manual
The Nuclear Gauge Testing Manual (NGTM) provides procedures and instructions for the safe use and operation of nuclear gauges to measure the compacted density of soils, crushed rocks, concrete and asphalt materials.
Additionally, the determination of material biases (moisture content and wet density) is detailed for Troxler, InstroTek, Humboldt and Campbell-Pacific Nuclear (CPN) gauges.
