Performance Reports are used to review Contract Administrators, Contractors and Consultants across performance categories during the contract or assignment period for infrastructure projects (excluding maintenance).

Performance Reports will be used by Transport and Main Roads Officers to monitor delivery of contracted works for a period of time before being incorporated into the Contract Management System (3PCM).
