Information bulletins have been updated to reflect changes in the personalised transport industry. 
From 1 October 2017 operators of taxi and booked hire services (including limousine services) no longer require Operator Accreditation to provide these services. 
However, if an operator uses a taxi, limousine or booked hire vehicle to provide a service other than a taxi or booked hire service then Operator Accreditation requirements apply to those services.
