  • new products and services
  • our customer service performance

...and many others.

Benefits for you

You will be participating in shaping solutions to improve your transport experiences in Queensland. Your opinions and feedback are important to us and we want to hear from you.

We also want to share how we are using your feedback and news on what's coming up. We will send you a regular member newsletter with results from Transport Talk topics, new ideas and project updates.

When you participate in an activity, you will have the chance to enter a monthly draw to win prizes!

Prizes

Every month 5 winners will receive a $50 Flexi eGift card to spend as they please. Each time you contribute, by completing a survey or participating in a discussion, you will receive an entry into the monthly draw. You can complete each survey only once.
