The Department of Transport and Main Roads has partnered with EPIC specialist recruitment agency from March 2022 to attract and retain candidates living with disability and who are from a multicultural background.

Implemented a program of work to review current attraction and retention processes to remove unconscious bias.

Developed a new Identified and Targeted Role procedure to be implemented later this year. The procedure will support our employment pathways programs.
