Personalised transport register

The Personalised Transport Register allows you to view details of current:

• booked hire service licences
• taxi service licences
• limousine licences
• booking entity authorisations (BEA).

Only current licences and booking entity authorisations will be displayed on the register. Any licence or authorisation that is suspended, cancelled, surrendered, expired or approved but not yet commenced will not be displayed.

API for booking entities

Authorised booking entities who provide booked hire and taxi services can also use application programming interfaces (APIs) to check booked hire service licence, taxi service licence and limousine licence information in their app or website.

If you hold a current booking entity authorisation and would like to access these APIs, please email personalised.transport@tmr.qld.gov.au.

Please note that these services are provided as a guide to the licence and authorisation status of relevant persons at the time of the check. It is, however, not conclusive proof that a person holds a licence or authorisation.
