Infrastructure Building and Construction Panel (IBCP)

The Department of Transport and Main Roads has established a whole of Government Standing Offer Arrangement called the Infrastructure Building and Construction Panel (IBCP).

The Infrastructure Building and Construction Panel arrangement allows buyers to purchase from Prequalified Suppliers.

The panel seeks to make it easier for suppliers to do business with government and increase engagement opportunities. The Transport and Main Roads categories within IBCP are:

• Contract Administration Services (CAS) and Project Management - Civil (PM)
• Environment and Cultural Heritage, and
• Survey.
