Infrastructure Building and Construction Panel (IBCP)

The Department of Transport and Main Roads has established a new whole of Government Standing Offer Arrangement called the Infrastructure Building and Construction Panel (IBCP).

The Infrastructure Building and Construction Panel arrangement allows buyers to purchase from Prequalified Suppliers and Marketplace Suppliers.

The panel seeks to make it easier for suppliers to do business with government and increase engagement opportunities. The Transport and Main Roads categories within IBCP will be aligned to utilise the same category names as described in the Manual for Consultants for Engineering Projects (CFEP), Contract Administration Services (CAS), Survey, Environment and Cultural Heritage categories (ENV) and there is additional Project Management categories (PM).
