Live chat with us via Messaging
Our Messaging service lets you chat to us on your terms – just send a message and go about your day, we'll respond as soon as we can.
You can connect with us via text message or through a Messaging pop-up window in your browser.
Messaging service availability
We're available from 8am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
How to connect with us
Look for the blue message button that will pop up and appear in the bottom right of your screen. You can click or tap this button to connect with us.
Sometimes there may be a few minutes wait if we are helping other customers.
How our Messaging works
Once you're connected with one of our staff, you can ask a question and we'll aim to be with you in 5 minutes or less. Best of all, you don't have to wait for us to respond – you can send us a message, step away at any time during the conversation, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Any questions or information will be there for you when you return to continue the conversation.
