  • Expanded the OneTMR Mentoring Program, with 92 matched pairs participating in 2025 to enhance leadership skills, networks, and cross-collaboration.
  • Supported 56 matched pairs participating in the Women in Leadership mentoring program.
  • Modernised human resource service delivery through simplifying processes, improving user experience, and embedding efficiency.
  • Developed over 800 automated workflows and developed 400 custom applications through Power Apps, reducing manual effort and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Completed the upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11, improving hardware compatibility and delivering a modernised operating environment.
  • Developed the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) Information and Communication Technology Strategic Plan 2024–25 to enhance TMR's digital capabilities and support digitally connected transport services.
  • Co-sponsored Brisbane Pride festival and rally, with 25 TMR people marching in the parade.
  • Supported 15 women commencing the RoadTek Women in construction program.
  • Supported emerging female leaders through the Leadership Ladder Program.
  • Completed the Yarn and Grown mentoring program supporting 11 First nations employees across TMR.
  • Achieved 75 per cent employee and contractor completion rate to the Working for Queensland survey.
  • Celebrated 1454 individuals and teams nominated for CUBIE Award by their peers, customers, and managers.
