Taxi and limousine licence documentation

As part of the personalised transport reforms, the Department of Transport and Main Roads developed new simplified licence documentation for all licence holders.

Some of the requirements were removed altogether and any other requirements are outlined in the Transport Operations (Passenger Transport) Act 1994, Transport Operations (Passenger Transport) Regulation 2018 and the Transport Operations (Passenger Transport) Standard 2010.
