Key aspects of the MIC-CO:
- replaces the current Standard Contract Provisions Roads (Volume 3): Minor Works Contract (MW)
- does not apply to Minor Works Performance Contracts (MWPC)
- can be used for the construction of other forms of transport infrastructure (such as marine structures and busways), and
- for open tendering.
