Key aspects of the TIC-CO
- replaces the current Road Construction Contract (RCC)
- can be used for the construction of other forms of transport infrastructure (such as marine structures and busways)
- for open tendering (one-stage or two-stage process), Early Tenderer Involvement or Guided Tender Alternative
- more dispute resolution alternatives, such as 'Issues Resolution Advisor' and 'Dispute Resolution Board'.
