Queensland's Electric Vehicle Super Highway

Fully completed

The Queensland Electric Super Highway network of 54 fast charging locations is fully completed with the delivery of Phase 3. There are currently no plans to expand the network.

For queries about the Queensland Electric Super Highway, please contact Yurika, the owner and operator of the network, by email at [email protected] or by telephone on 1300 792 611.

The Queensland Electric Super Highway connects electric vehicle drivers across our state and includes fast charging locations at a range of coastal and inland locations.

The fast chargers are installed in convenient, safe locations close to major highways where there are existing amenities, such as cafes, restaurants and shops. The sites allow you to easily charge your vehicle, enjoy a short break and to prepare for a safe onward journey.

Connecting more regional Queensland locations—Phase 3

Phase 3 of the Queensland Electric Super Highway added 23 locations to the existing network to link more regional and rural locations. It provides Queenslanders and tourists access to a fast-charging infrastructure network of 54 locations across Queensland.

Phase 3 connects electric vehicle drivers across a range of routes—from Brisbane to Mount Isa (via the Dinosaur Trail locations), Goondiwindi to Emerald, Cunnamulla to Barcaldine and Longreach to Cairns.
