- Investigate to develop practical interventions for managing High-Risk Repeat Traffic Offenders and introduce new reforms to combat this behaviour.

Reforming and modernising the Queensland Road Rules
- Reform the Queensland Road Rules to address emerging road safety issues:
- Modernise e-mobility rules for personal mobility devices and e-bikes as informed by the 28 recommendations from the Parliament Inquiry to ensure a balance between mobility and safety for Queensland road users.

- Review the application of speed limits around roadworks when no roadworkers are present.

- Apply fatigue management on major Queensland highways, including the construction of rest areas for both heavy vehicles and other road users, initially implementing on the Bruce Highway through the Bruce Highway Targeted Safety Program.

- Develop educational resources and tools that support GPs, families and carers, and older road users to drive safely.
