3. Documents relating to any ITO or tender process for the expansion and details of the members of the DTMR procurement team for the expansion
4. Any agreement, letter of understanding or memorandum of understanding in place between SmartShip and Poseidon Sea Pilots Pty Ltd and/or Smartship and AMS Group and any documents held by SmartShip Australia relating to or including the terms "Poseidon Sea Pilots" or "Poseidon Sea Pilot Academy", including any memorandums, briefing notes or correspondence including this term; and
