Toowoomba Bypass: Annual Compliance Report

The Toowoomba Bypass (known during construction as the Toowoomba Second Range Crossing project) opened in September 2019. It is a 41km bypass to the north of Toowoomba in inland southern Queensland. 

The annual compliance report is prepared in accordance with approval condition 10 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act) referral determination (EPBC 2003/1143) for the Toowoomba Second Range Crossing. The report outlines the currently employed measures and evidence to demonstrate compliance with each of the referral determination conditions.
