Our customer focus
We have been delivering products and services to Queenslanders for more than a century.
Every year we are building on our existing Customers First culture. We recently refreshed our 2017 Customer Charter by asking our customers what is important to them. Our 2024 Customer Commitments reflects what customers told us is important today.
Our strategic priorities are also set out in our Strategic Plan.
We value your feedback because it helps us improve our business.
You can contact us through a range of options to get help, source information or we can also direct you to specialist areas for help with certain topics.
Serving our customers is a key priority for us. You can also visit our Compliments and Complaints page to provide your feedback.
Our commitment to the people of Queensland is that all our employees will respect the privacy of your information and that we will attend to your enquires in a timely, respectful, and responsive manner, ensuring that at all times we adhere to the Code of Conduct for the Queensland public service.
