Step 2 how to report correctly
Definitions and how to report correctly
Authorised booking number
This number is unique to each BEA and identifies the BEA holder. It's a five or six-digit number printed on the BEA approval that was e-mailed or mailed to the contact person nominated in the BEA application.

You can also search for these details on the Personalised Transport Public Register.
Example
What if I didn't operate or book any trips during the reporting period?
If you haven't provided any trips in a quarter but you have affiliated vehicles or drivers, you still need to submit a quarterly report.
What if I subcontracted a job to another BEA during the reporting period?
BEA holders need to provide a report that covers all the trips they arrange. If you ‘subcontract’ bookings to another BEA holder or driver during a reporting period—for example, to help meet demand for a large event—you need to include the driver and vehicle details in your report. This is because you are the BEA holder that arranged the trip.
