Bunya Highway (Dalby – Kingaroy) and Patrick Street, upgrade intersection
The Queensland Government is implementing cost-effective safety measures to minimise the risk of vehicle and pedestrian incidents, as well as rear-end collisions caused by vehicles turning right across oncoming traffic at this intersection.
Safety improvements include upgrading traffic signals to permit right turns only on a green arrow, adding dedicated right turn lanes, removing 7 car parks to improve traffic flow, and applying new line marking.
